Autside is an award winning company based in South Wales, specialising in Autism and related conditions.
We provide training, consultancy and support, and sit on a wide range of technical, writing and operational groups, along with speaking at events in the UK and Europe, and creating free autistic led content.
Autside is run in partnership by Donna Sharland and Emma Durman. We are proud to be neurodivergent led and to ensure intrinsic, not tokenistic autistic involvement in everything we do.
Autside is widely known and well regarded, particularly in our home country of Wales, with established relationships in the community and with services at local and national level.
We strive to respect the opinions and dignity of the Autistic community in everything we do, and ensure we continually update our knowledge and skills in line with the latest research, as we believe that collective understanding of Autism is constantly and rapidly evolving....
We have provided training for a range of public, private and third sector clients (see below), and are able to provide accredited training in association with Agored Cymru. We are currently, along with the National Autistic Society, UK partners on a European Erasmus+ Pages project focusing on Autism and employment.
