About Community Connectors
Cwm Taf Regional Partnership Board have once again funded Autside as the lead on the Community Connectors initiative in the Bridgend Local Authority area.
As part of this initiative we collaborate with our counterparts in RCT - Behaviour Support Hub, and Merthyr - HomeStart Cymru, to provide a range of support for families of neurodivergent children/young people across Cwm Taf including online training sessions/workshops, group support sessions and 1-2-1 advice and guidance.
Diagnosis is not necessary to access support as we are especially enthusiastic to support those on the waiting list for Neurodevelopmental assessment.
To refer into the programme please contact the lead organisation in your area. All online group training and/or support sessions provided by Behaviour Support Hub and Autside are accessible to families in all three Cwm Taf Local Authority areas by booking directly with the delivering provider.
