Donna is an associate tutor at Cardiff Metropolitan University, lecturing on criminology and
policing. She also serves as a trustee for Autism Life centres, a non-profit organisation that
offers specialist day services for autistic adults and young people with complex needs.

Chris obtained his PhD in organic chemistry from Cardiff University in 2002, followed by a 4-year post-doctoral research position at the University of Bath. Chris took a process engineering role at a lead refinery in South Wales, where he gained an interest in processes and systems. He spent eight years managing the quality management system at EnviroWales limited before joining Autside.
Chris’ main role is in quality control and compliance, and he attends all MDT discussions regarding diagnosis in this role. He is trained in the ADOS-2 and ADI-R tools and is an experienced diagnostician, having been involved in over 100 assessments.
