Donna is a neurodiversity specialist and managing director of Autside limited. Donna is
currently completing a PhD in forensic psychology and criminology. She has been a
neurodivergent specialist consultant to the Counter Terrorism unit for 7 years and managed
hundreds of complex cases across Wales.

hundreds of complex cases across Wales.
Donna is an associate tutor at Cardiff Metropolitan University, lecturing on criminology and
policing. She also serves as a trustee for Autism Life centres, a non-profit organisation that
offers specialist day services for autistic adults and young people with complex needs.

Emma has previously studied psychology and law and has experience working in legal services and local government. Emma is a late-diagnosed autistic woman with an autistic teenager. Emma also has a complex profile including ADHD, autoimmune, and mental health conditions.

Chris obtained his PhD in organic chemistry from Cardiff University in 2002, followed by a 4-year post-doctoral research position at the University of Bath. Chris took a process engineering role at a lead refinery in South Wales, where he gained an interest in processes and systems. He spent eight years managing the quality management system at EnviroWales limited before joining Autside.
Chris’ main role is in quality control and compliance, and he attends all MDT discussions regarding diagnosis in this role. He is trained in the ADOS-2 and ADI-R tools and is an experienced diagnostician, having been involved in over 100 assessments.

Currently, she serves as the Customer Service Manager for Autisde Education and Training, where she processes all enquiries and helps to ensure individuals and families receive the guidance they need. Previously, Amy spent 12 years working for the National Autistic Society, further strengthening her passion for advocacy, understanding, and meaningful support.
