In this session we explore sleep differences and difficulties often faced by autistic people and their loved ones, and the impact this can have on daily life.
We then explore strategies for supporting successful sleep, including sleep friendly environments, relaxation, mindfulness and ASMR, meeting sensory needs and implementing structure.

This session will explore the sensory differences many autistic people have, covering perception, processing and responses across the eight sensory systems, including the potential links to anxiety.
